She showed up right on time and really knew what she was doing. The whole process felt easy and organized from start to finish. SO impressed!

They did get back to me, but it definitely took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t terrible, just not as smooth or quick as I would’ve liked. Overall, I’d say the communication was only okay.

I booked NEAT Method for our kitchen and hall closet, i was kind of surprised by how much better everything felt afterward.
They didn’t just toss things into cute bins and call it a day. From what I could tell, they actually thought through how we use the space day to day, and the simple labels have made it easy to keep up with.

It’s only been a few weeks, so I can’t swear it’ll stay perfect forever, but so far it still looks good, which is not usually how things go in our house. I’d say it was worth it.

The only thing I’d mention is that the bins and labels can add to the cost, so just keep that in mind. But overall, the space looks so much better, so much better, and I’d definitely use them again.

These bins feel sturdy and they look nice too. One of the lids was a little tight at first, which was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. I do think they’re a bit on the pricey side, though I guess if they hold up well...
